My experience with Flagship Motorcars was nothing but the best. An honest dealership, no gimmicks. The price was the price. All of the standard fees were normal if not less than other dealerships. Not the type of bait and switch that you get at other dealerships, especially in the Tri-State area. My experience with David Barbosa (Sales) was nothing but pleasant, professional, and timely. When I made it over to Finance I worked with Darnell Kelley-Caruso, and she also was an absolute pleasure to work with. Quick, informative, and pleasant! My entire experience with Flagship was the BEST car buying experience I have had. To put it all in perspective: I called Friday afternoon, made an appointment to test drive Saturday at 9:45AM. I test drove the vehicle, had an appraisal on my trade in, went through financing, had the vehicle detailed, the plates were transferred, and was driving back home by 1:00PM. An honest good review for an honest good dealership. I am impressed, and would recommend Flagship, David Barbosa, and Darnell Kelley-Caruso to anyone in the market for a vehicle. More

One of the best experiences I've had purchasing a vehicle. At first I was very apprehensive about dealing with a sales person. Extended warranty we were sold covers NOTHING. Everytime we go in to service there are more problems and it costs over $1000. Had to take care in more than 10 times since we purchased it less than 2 years a we go in to service there are more problems and it costs over $1000. Had to take care in more than 10 times since we purchased it less than 2 years ago. The service team does not work with you on anything. Had our "A" service done which they rotate the tires. Now our sensors do not work and it is making a dinging noise. We take the car in, they say all of a sudden all 4 sensors are bad and need to be replaced, just about $1000. Nope not their fault and t is not covered. This is just one example, do not buy extended warranty here. Our other car that we purchased at another dealership has had little to no issues in 4 years, when we did the servic eteam helped and got everything taken care of and fixed. I do not recommend this dealership or service team! More
