From the moment we walked in we were helped and well looked after. A staff that’s clearly run by great management. The quality time spent to make sure my family and I got exactly what we needed was a pretty awesome feeling. Rene in particular really brought our experience to a whole other level in a personal way, making sure and encouraging us that this purchase was something to be happy about and that we would have a safe vehicle for many years to come. This location really felt welcoming, and had a great attitude all around. Though it was a tough week for us and a big decision to make, it was definitely the right one and I’m glad we did it here at Nissan. I had a couple of communications issues with my “product consultant” i.e. salesperson, probably due in part to some inexperience and training needs on is part. However the Sales Manager and management team consultant” i.e. salesperson, probably due in part to some inexperience and training needs on is part. However the Sales Manager and management team at the dealership, were quick to step in and helped the work through the communication errors in an appropriate add meaningful way. My product consultant apologized for how he handled the situation and everything was handled in a very professional manner. I think it was a good learning experience for everyone, myself included. I had an unknown issue with my previous Altima from another Nissan dealer. Kevin and Dave did an excellent job in helping me resolve this issue.
