keolwna chevy took the tires off the truck i bought without letting me know and replace with less quality tires. paper work was messed up and took over 3 month to get fixed. I had to go through chevy canada to get kelowna chevy to actually fix the paper work. I was constantly deceived and lied to about paper work and work that needed to be done to my truck. Everyone i talked with put the blame on other people. was told i was getting a FULL size winch bumper and kelowna chevy only put on a winch tray. I had to get the rain guards fixed because they were installed poorly. All in all..... if someone is going to buy a chevy.... go to the GM dealer in kelowna or go to a chevy dealer outside of kelowna chevrolet and DO NOT buy chevy parts and have them installed at kelowna chevrolet.... cheaper if you buy else where and better installed else where. Myself and family will NEVER deal at kelowna chevrolet ever again!!! More

This post is very overdue but what can I say, life got away from me. I was very impressed with the service I received from Jason the GM. Our vehicle we purchased started making awful noises just before w away from me. I was very impressed with the service I received from Jason the GM. Our vehicle we purchased started making awful noises just before we were to leave for the lower mainland. I was ready to rent a vehicle but Jason arranged for a flat bed trailer to be delivered to my home in Vernon to not only pick up my broken Suburban for repair but to deliver me a beautiful new Tahoe to use for the weekend! He arranged this within a few hours! He went above and beyond! Thank you Jason! Although I haven't had 100% great service from Kelowna Chevrolet (service dept issues & a misogynistic sales manager who only shook my husband's hand not knowing it was actually me making the purchase) in the past but Jason's actions will def have me return when I'm ready to upgrade to a new Tahoe! Thanks Jason!!!! More

Amazing front to back. I service all my vehicles here and I have started to support their sales department and so far so good :) They gave me crazy value on my trade! $4 I service all my vehicles here and I have started to support their sales department and so far so good :) They gave me crazy value on my trade! $4000 above anyone else in town. Got a free gift even though I bought a used truck (usually gifts only come with new vehicle promos and such) Had a slight issue with the truck after purchase and the dealership stood behind it and took care of the issue without questions. 10/10 recommend. More
