Elizabeth is hands down one of the best employees at Kelowna Chevrolet. She is friendly, caring, and helpful. I feel she is way overqualified to be a shuttle driver (but she loves her job). Unfortuna Kelowna Chevrolet. She is friendly, caring, and helpful. I feel she is way overqualified to be a shuttle driver (but she loves her job). Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the management team at Kelowna Chevrolet. My experience with them has been horrible. Many mistakes were made, from issues with how my extended warranty was added to my purchase contract, to dozens of service/parts-related issues, and damage caused to both my vehicles while they were in for service on multiple occasions. In the past 10 months, I bought two trucks from Kelowna Chevrolet and after my experience, I would never recommend anyone step foot in their service department or on their sales floor. They work hard to get your sale but after that, everything goes downhill. The first truck I bought late last year was a certified pre-owned Z71 Silverado that was one year old. I had nothing but issues with this truck from the moment I drove it off the lot. It was in the shop for over two months out of the total five months that I owned it. Because of all the issues with this particular truck, I had no choice but to trade it in to get rid of the headache. Then I purchased a brand new 2024 High Country Silverado that gave me many of the same issues as the previous truck I traded in. Not to mention, I lost nearly $11,000 on trading in the first truck which was a lemon, to then have more issues with the brand new, more expensive truck. The general manager Jason W has been mostly uninterested to help make things right. He was more interested in making money and getting the next sale from me. I had to go over his head to the ownership group that owns Kelowna Chevrolet to get some results. Last week I went into the service department at Kelowna Chevrolet for more warranty repairs, two of which this dealership had supposedly fixed in subsequent visits months before. On this last visit to the dealership, there was paint damage to the rear passenger door of my truck. I noticed this damage the next day at which point I called the service manager who looked at the photos they had taken the day before when I dropped off my truck. I was told that the truck came into the service department with no damage to the rear passenger door, l then asked the service manager to look at their CCTV footage to see if the damage was there when I left their dealership. I was told that they would not check this footage and that management had canceled all current work orders, including parts on order, and didn't want me to return to their dealership again. I was told that my issues had been too great for them to handle. From my experience, Kelowna Chevrolet's management team is dishonest, unprofessional, and unwilling to help their customers make things right. Fortunately for me, I went to my regular car wash that day after I picked up the truck from Kelowna Chevrolet and I now have photos showing the damage to my rear passenger door when I arrived at the car wash. I shared this information with the service manager Cody J, but was told it doesn't change anything. Kelowna Chevrolet would fix the damage to my passenger door, but I would no longer be welcome at their dealership (as if I were the one that caused this damage to the passenger door of my truck). This entire ordeal and months of service-related headaches have left me speechless and frustrated. Now I have to start the warranty repair process with another dealership and go through the whole process of explaining what Kelowna Chevrolet repaired but didn’t fix the problems with the truck. Don’t waste your time and money at this dealership. Go anywhere but Kelowna Chevrolet! More
