This proved out when there was an ambiguity re application with the new car manual and I felt comfortable with contacting the ceo who contacted a service foreman who answered my questions with detail going beyond simply a rehearsal of mopar availability. An altogether satisfactory set of experiences that would lead me to return to thi's dealer for future requirements. John. More

After sales service? Doesn't exist. This place is a prime example of poor customer service. Customer service exists after the sale is completed also. I've bought 6 cars from here and sti This place is a prime example of poor customer service. Customer service exists after the sale is completed also. I've bought 6 cars from here and still get the run around from the sales management. I've written to the owners etc and received NO replies even from them.. So yes, this is a VERY BAD example of how to manage a company branch. No to mention you need a special license just to drive around their poorly managed property without hitting another car. I have a Ram that is only 4 years old and has the front fender almost rusting a hole through it, from the inside... Had rust proofing done also, STILL got the run around about getting it covered under warranty. So the extras you pay for? Won't help you at all. More
