Pleasant experience during a pandemic! My husband reached out to Dave just before the pandemic and let him know that our current lease was ending in June and we would be interested in a ne My husband reached out to Dave just before the pandemic and let him know that our current lease was ending in June and we would be interested in a new Jeep. Dave kept in touch with us during the shut down and encouraged us to meet with him when the dealership re-opened. Dave was friendly, personable , and listened to our needs. Dave showed us different models and explained the differences of each. There was no pressure on us and he allowed us time to make our decision. Dave made the return of our current vehicle and the lease of our new vehicle totally seamless. I would highly recommend Dave and his amazing staff at Ontario Chrysler Jeep! More

They have a reputation for outstanding quality, honesty and integrity. I've enjoyed doing business here and my family also purchased 5 cars from them. Pricing on the cars and the trade-in are fair, the buying process is easy, and I left with a great deal on my new Jeep Grand Cherokee. Customer experience is simply great, Adam walked me through every detail, answered every question I had, and he was always available from the start to the end. I will go back again because I trust them, they are professional, excellent customer service and high-quality vehicles. Plus, the "Bell Ringing" is a nice touch (got it on video) :-) Adam really knows his cars well and listened to my needs and Dave helped me work within my budget.
