Good Depending on Dealer I saw a car on auto trader, they had lots of photos which is perfect when you live 3 hours away from the dealer. I called and spoke with Mike. It seemed he was going above and beyond. Mike was away when I went to test drive so the sales rep I delt with was Steve. Strve was okay, it just seemed he had other things he could be doing. It also felt like he would give some information but I would need to ask 10 questions to be fully informed about just one thing and then ask 10 more when he mentioned something else, I guess he just seemed very vague. We then has to go see Lisa to sign everything, talk about additional options and payment Lisa was amazing she would connect with you at a personal level and makes you feel comfortable and want to have a conversation with here Overall good experience. I loved the juke box outside paying music. If I needed another vehicle I would go back if they had what inward looking for. More

Total satisfaction all around ! I phoned Dave Hanson on Thursday afternoon , met with him on Friday morning , he then showed me the new 2016 Dodge Caravan , what it had to offer , th I phoned Dave Hanson on Thursday afternoon , met with him on Friday morning , he then showed me the new 2016 Dodge Caravan , what it had to offer , then we walked the lot to chose a colour ! After sitting in Dave's office , he pulled up the numbers for the trade in on a new 2016 Dodge Caravan . A deal was made , I was picking up my new vehicle Tuesday morning ! In & out within 1 hour, Dave had my new plates installed we finished the paperwork , I drove of the lot totally satisfied . The family had grown and we needed something more spacious. The Grand Caravan fitted our family perfectly and vise-versa. We looked at different product, but in the end, for the quality and the price, we had everything we needed in this product. We purchased the STX family package for a reasonable price. A few years go by and BooM!!!!!! Accident!! Something we all fear. Thank God! Everyone is safe, minor injury only....The Caravan work its magic, the front air bags came out and everyone was kept Safe. A reliable Vehicle! We had purchased a New Value insurance, so today we got our new 2016 Grand Caravan, same model, same everything, but only 17km on the dash board, priceless!! My wife and I were so impressed by the service we received the first time that we had to go back. Again, same courteous service as before. Dave H. greeted and remembered us, it had been a couple years and half after all. We talked and discussed the product, then we looked at options. The time we spent together was great and since Dave's been in the business for a few years, we were able to benefit from his wisdom. All and all, excellent customer service, knowledgeable, a smooth transaction......We also encountered several other colleagues and all were really friendly. After many frustrating trips to other dealerships and interacting with other sales staff who didn’t take the time or have the knowledge of their vehicles it was great to walk into Grimsby Chrysler and have all of my questions answered. The sales managers that assisted me (Dave and Mike) were great; they took the time to explain everything, took my questions seriously and were very efficient. Since purchasing and picking my truck up - I’ve been back to the dealership twice and each time was greeted by name by the friendly staff. I’m so happy with my truck, and would definitely recommend the Grimsby Chrysler Dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More
