All of a sudden there was $750 increase in the cost. A discount they said I would get no longer applied, admin fee of $125 and locking wheel lugs $125 even though these were clearly included with the car as per the sticker. Talked with a manager and he just sent me back to talk with the salesman. The "it's only an extra $5 a month" didn't work on me. These are the old tactics that i thought dealerships had gotten away from. More

Very knowledgeable and very attentive to our needs. I am one of the "out of town" people who make it to see Dave at Erinwood Ford for our vehicles (we live 1.5 hour away). Most of the work was done via email and phone calls. We just had to attend the dealership to sign the papers and take possession of the truck. Dave makes the whole experience a real pleasure. I agree with other reviews that the experience is in a relaxed environment without any pressure. Dave lets his products and prices do the convincing. I will be back for sure. Dave, thank you again. I enjoy dealing with you. You are honest and truthful. We also had dealing with Nick Palalas who purchased my wife's older vehicle. A dream vehicle for me that Dave took the time to help walk me through the process with attention to detail . Thanks also to Robyn Barett who is part of the team. was very professional in explaining the warraties and options on the purchase, Addy Seth was also very helpful and friendly as a rep at the dealership. Transitioning from a 1991 Mazda MPV to a 2016 state of the art high, tech F150 is a dramatic step up. I'm giving the price 4 stars because the price was negotiated fairly without any high pressure tactics, I will be happy to share my experience here, to the time I pick it up in about 8 weeks, stay tuned!
