An absolutely flawless execution from Dave Grittani in my factory-order purchase of a F150, from the time I first emailed him to the time that I walke An absolutely flawless execution from Dave Grittani in my factory-order purchase of a F150, from the time I first emailed him to the time that I walked out of the door with my signed papers. The reason I went to Erinwood Ford (other than the great prices!) was simple: About a month ago I emailed Dave and another Ford dealership asking what the current Lead Time was for a factory-ordered F150. That's all I wanted to know (because my original plan was to order it in time for the "Employee Pricing" program). And I checked with two dealerships to see if the answer was going to be comparable. Dave promptly emailed me the answer in one sentence, and added another sentence offering to gladly answer any other questions that I might have. The other dealership peppered me with a series of questions unrelated to my request (eg, was I going to finance it?, did I have a trade-in?, can I give them my phone number, etc). And when I met with Dave in person the buying experience continued in its consistency. Absolutely no sales pressure tactics, and it just made me want to be a loyal customer. I also dealt a bit with Bory Chak, and he was the same. This is obviously a business culture within Erinwood Ford. I'll be dealing more with Bory when my truck gets delivered. More

Dave Grittani at Erinwood helped me through a crunch! I have been driving considerable distances from Northern Ontario to lease my last few cars through Dave Grittani and his colleagues at Erinwood becaus I have been driving considerable distances from Northern Ontario to lease my last few cars through Dave Grittani and his colleagues at Erinwood because I always receive unbelievable prices and great experiences by going there. This time, when I was driving to the dealership to exchange my 2014 Escape for a 2017 Escape, I was struck by a car in slippery whiteout conditions near Barrie. After all the formalities with roadside emergency people, I arrived at Erinwood still shaken by the accident and with a damaged vehicle to return. Dave Grittani didn't miss a beat. He sat me down and calmed me. Then he took care of everything to do with the damaged car and its issues. He soon had me feeling relaxed and immersed in the joyful details of my new Escape. After an informative and entertaining "handoff" of the new vehicle and its well-explained features, Dave had me back on the road again in a shiny new 2017 vehicle with my problems of the day behind me. Many thanks to Dave Grittani, in particular, who provided thoughtful and above-the-call-of-duty comfort to a shaken customer, although all the people I worked with at Erinwood were great. Much appreciated!!! More
