Amazing service and exceptional care. Yesterday the key to my truck broke and i needed it replaced so i could start my truck. I called Dave Gratanie and he said this would be covered no pr Yesterday the key to my truck broke and i needed it replaced so i could start my truck. I called Dave Gratanie and he said this would be covered no problem. We decided that i should try a dealership closer to my home as i live an hour and a half from Erinwood Ford and it should only take about 15 minutes to fix me up. I first went to Shanahan Ford in Newmarket. What a waste of time that was. They really didn't care that my truck was running in the parking lot and i was concerned with shutting it off for fear of not getting it going. The service writer told me to go to Mcalpine Ford in Aurora. Although i felt they were nice to deal with they didn't have the key blank for the repair and they felt i should have to pay for the key. About $400.00. I spoke to Dave and the service team at Erinwood and what a great experience. They made time and took me right away and fixed everything no charge. Not only did they replace my key but they changed my oil' rotated my tires,and did a multi point inspection on my truck for free. The service writer actually kept mechanics back from lunch so they could get me out faster. What a breath of fresh air. So often people talk about trying to be number one. Due to my immigration status, it took him lots of communication efforts to finish my deal, but his professionalism is unquestionable. As a customer, I'm really satisfied with his attitude of being considerate for my benefits instead of profits for the business, which makes everything much easier. The first time I walked into his office, he showed me the invoice and explains how their business is based on volume instead of profits. Knowing my plan is just to drive the car for 2-3 years, both Dave and Bory didn't promote any unnecessary warranties. If you plan to buy a Ford at GTA, Erinwood is the place to go and you can definitely find a good deal from Dave. More

On top of that, his friendly demeanor and willingness to explain all details and answer any questions I had made the whole process simple, pleasant, and hassle-free. Very quick, fun, and satisfying purchase experience. I called the dealership the day of my decision to purchase at 12 noon to notify them of our intention to purchase an F-150; due to a 7 hour travel tim I called the dealership the day of my decision to purchase at 12 noon to notify them of our intention to purchase an F-150; due to a 7 hour travel time each way to and from the dealership, we arrived at 4 PM that afternoon. The licensing office closes at 5 PM. Upon arrival we were greeted and and welcomed by Brad Cruickshank who introduced us to Dave Grittani. Dave took it upon himself to get us driving our new truck that same day and ran for us to the licensing office in a mad rush. He returned and we struck a deal on the money particulars and were off and driving that evening. I goes without saying but, they ran overtime and then some to please us. Overall we are very happy with the purchase experience and would definitely recommend Dave Grittani and Erinwood Ford. More
