The pricing of the vehicle seemed very transparent and I walked away feeling like I hadn’t been taken advantage of and that I had gotten a great deal. He was very knowledgeable in all areas of the transaction. There was a small hiccup at the end with the trade-in but the end result was fair. I started my search online and wanted to take advantage of Fords year end deals and rebates; Erinwood had all of the rebates very clearly laid out on their site and to be honest they were the only one that I could find that was not shy about the over $4000 that other dealerships were not posting online. My thought was that I would have to haggle and barter for any extra funds, but Dave and his team had everything upfront. We met at the dealership and discussed a final price and came to a deal very quickly and easily. The entire process was painless, fair and transparent. The key to a relationship based negotiation is that both parties feel good about the deal...I can honestly say I did and I know that Dave and his team did as well. It was a great deal for all!
