The staff really believe in the product they sell, thus the knowledge and passion towards the product is predominant. Excellent service from start to finish! I had been struggling for a while to find a 4 x 4 that I not only liked but could afford. I called Harris Kia and within 24 hours I was driving away w I had been struggling for a while to find a 4 x 4 that I not only liked but could afford. I called Harris Kia and within 24 hours I was driving away with my perfect Jeep, complete with a full tank of gas! From the start of the process the person I dealt with was great - super quick return on my calls and emails and answered all my queries fully. When we bought the car that process was really clearly explained and I am from the UK originally, as well so I needed the extra information as it is done slightly differently there. We got a "high five" from the manager of the store once we had completed the deal, and we were treated like royalty! I really can't say enough good things compared to other dealerships I have visited. Highly recommended. More

I was Soul'd I was researching my next car so I dropped by to check out the 2016 Soul. Nick answered all of my questions and suggested we go for a test drive. Afte I was researching my next car so I dropped by to check out the 2016 Soul. Nick answered all of my questions and suggested we go for a test drive. After we returned we had a nice chat about trim levels/accessories and which would best suit my needs (and the dog's). I wasn't quite ready to commit but there was no pressure and that made all the difference. Nick followed up a couple of days later and said he was able to get the exact colour and trim level I wanted if I was still interested. I was Soul'd. Everyone at Harris Kia was so friendly and helpful. I have purchased many new cars but this was the best experience I have ever had doing so. This is a dealership that knows what customer service is all about. Love my new Soul! More

Rondo purchase On the search for a new vehicle we visited Harris Kia. We were greeted by Cameron who listened to our questions and showed us several vehicles that we On the search for a new vehicle we visited Harris Kia. We were greeted by Cameron who listened to our questions and showed us several vehicles that we thought we might be interested in. We were thinking about a Sportage and looked at one but were undecided. Cameron suggested a test drive in a Rondo which we did followed by a test drive in a Sportage. After comparing the two vehicles and looking at other brands we chose the Rondo. Our salesman Cameron was great to deal with, very helpful and informative and enthusiastic about his job. John was also great to work with and his enthusiasm for the Kia product was very evident. Although our dealings with Al and Dave were limited they too provided a high level of customer service and interest in the product and customer service.
