I went in with a list of vehicles I wanted to look at after researching their site online. Darryl Koch from Sales was helpful, friendly, and has a no pressure sales approach. He showed me the vehicles I was interested in and let me test drive them independently. After choosing the vehicle I liked most, I was paired up with Emily Goettler from Finance and she explained the whole purchasing process in detail. No hidden or mystery charges were added. Every dollar that was being charged was accounted for. I was able to drive away in my new car the same day and couldn't be happier. I won't lie, the whole process takes some time between test driving, applying for financing, detailing the vehicles, etc. but overall I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I can't picture myself going anywhere else in the future. They may have just gotten a customer for life. Thanks Auto Gallery!! More

After looking into ten different vehicles, I got a chance to visit Auto Gallery of Winnipeg. They provided the best service ever. Darryl was the first person I met there, he showed us two different Rogues and it was very satisfying. Then, I got a chance to talk to talk to Jamie, he provided different options. I was pretty impressed with both of them. Usually, dealerships give options suitable to them. But, at this place, I was asked what I need. After selecting the vehicle I was transferred to Emily, her service was extra-ordinary as well. Darryl,Jamie and Emily , they all are masters in their fields. Professional and Courteous Due to recent circumstances we found ourselves in a situation wherein we needed to purchase a vehicle. When we finally found the car we wanted Darryl stepped up to the plate and got the paperwork in order. Again, no hassles. Great to see the camaradeexprie between him and Julie (Financial Services Manager) who helped to expedite all the paperwork. Even though the car was now ours, several days later Darryl gave us a follow-up call to ensure that we were still happy with our vehicle.
