On Sept. 5th I stopped at Mark Kia to check out the new K4 which had just come in the previous day. DeMarko showed me the new K4 that was on the showroom floor. I was blown away. The car was an EX trim color of morning haze. The exact car I had been looking at. Wasn't planning on buying that day, but I am compulsive. Anyway DeMarko was great throughout the entire sales process. Professional, polite, enformative & overall very helpful. No pressure or misinformation. Darren was also great. Actually all the associates I dealt with at the dealership were exceptional. Thanks DeMarko & I highly recommend Mark Kia. More

Who needs CARVANA when you have Mark Kia. We just purchased 2022 Telluride & received an AMAZING service at "Hello" from everyone at Mark Kia. How refreshing to deal with professional deale We just purchased 2022 Telluride & received an AMAZING service at "Hello" from everyone at Mark Kia. How refreshing to deal with professional dealership that treat you like their most valuable customer and not like a $$$ cash-cow. They were extremely prompt and attentive to reply and to make arrangements for our test drive. After sending a quote request I received an actual follow up call from our salesman Dan Toma within less than 5 minute on Friday evening. Dan was extremely professional, knowledgeable and cordial. During our transaction we had a chance to interact with Dan and his mentor Darren Hollis. We were able to reach an agreement quickly including our trade-in with no fuss and no must. Financing was easy and very fast thanks to David Fattaleh. We need more places like yours in town. Thanks again Mark Kia, KUDOS & keep up the great work! More
