Never once did I feel any kind of pressure and truly felt he had my interests at heart through the entire process. He is extremely knowledgeable and also fun to work with. I highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to pay him a visit. You will not regret it! Darcy as well was amazing to work with, very friendly and thorough. And as someone who doesn't quite understand the whole financial process very well, he laid things out simply and explained it all in a way that I would understand. Above and Beyond My mom and I have always believed the ability to drive standard to be an invaluable skill. However, I learned to drive on an automatic. It came time f My mom and I have always believed the ability to drive standard to be an invaluable skill. However, I learned to drive on an automatic. It came time for my first car, and after brief research we decided a Jetta would be the way to go. We then chose standard, for it is slightly less expensive, and the fuel economy is better. We live in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, and do not have a Volkswagen dealership. The nearest one was Grande Prairie. Over the course of a month, through minimal emails and phone calls, we worked together and the process of picking the colour to purchasing was smooth. Upon arriving in town to pick up the vehicle, while mom signed the papers, Robin walked me through the safety features and navigation of my car. He then offered to teach me standard with his day off. We spent 3-4 hours together on a rainy Sunday driving around Grande Prairie-- one hour of which was repeatedly going up and down the same hill. He is a phenomenal teacher, at the end of my first day I feel more comfortable driving than I thought I would. I would absolutely recommend this dealership. From the purchasing the car to driving it off of the lot (and beyond), my mom and I were taken care of. More
