I have been in the Automotive industry for 17 years and absolutely love it. I take customer service very seriously and am known to always turn a situation around when needed. I have worked in both Service & Sales, with most of my experience being in Management. When I'm not at work I love being with my two sons and my husband of 10 years, cooking, gardening, watching movies and always coming up with some sort of home project!

I’m a bit confused by your review as we left off on a nice note when we discussed the Prius you were interested in was involved in the flood we experienced and unfortunately was not able to be sold as we didn’t want to sell a car with water damage. We both spoke after that and had a nice conversation via email about the terrible storm. I’m sorry it didn’t work out at our dealership but I even emailed you on my days off so you were responded to. I only stated I was confused as the last email between you and I was a kind one and I was never ill hearted towards you in any way, other then try to get others to help you when I wasn’t working. Again, my apologies for you not being happy and for your experience and I will ask that the owner call you.

There is NOTHING CONFUSING about my awful experience with you and your team. You did not respond in a timely way and lost me as a customer. you forced me to purchase a Prius from another Toyota Dealer. I contacted you before the storm and you and your team delayed, delayed, delayed. Mark Tigner Greentree Toyota's Service Manger answered questions about the auto I was interested in - not you or anyone in Greentree Toyota's Sales team. It was just too much trouble for you to do so even though Greentree Toyota's Service Center had information on the oil used and more. Unlike your lightning response to my truthful account of your poor performance now, you chose to not facilitate my purchase. It was Friday and you wanted the entire weekend off. You were 'hands-off' and did not want to get involved. Additionally, the auto in question was re-posted for sale on Greentree Toyota's website with a 300 miles added to the total mileage a week later for sale - not an auto damaged by a flood. You dissemble and do not like transparency. I choose not to waste my time speaking to you - a waste of my precious time. I will speak only to Greentree Toyota Danbury's owner. Please ask him to call me; Service Manager Tigner has all my contact information. I expect you will not do so for fear of my providing copies of all emails and details documenting what you and your sales team did not do. I will document your non- performance in excruciating detail.
