Jeremy B. was definitely #mrgoldstandard! We've been looking for a car for our daughter for over a year and a half. Every time he had a car come in that was in was definitely #mrgoldstandard! Buyers beware! You will want to think twice before buying a vehicle from this dealership. We initially received great service but was told on a Saturday afternoon t You will want to think twice before buying a vehicle from this dealership. We initially received great service but was told on a Saturday afternoon that they could not find the keys to a vehicle (red flag). We scheduled an appointment for the following Monday for a test drive. We talked the the sales associate throughout the day and drove 50 mins from out of town only to receive a phone call when we were 10 mins away stating that she could not find the keys to the vehicle. Come to find out the vehicle had been loaned out to someone getting their car fixed and they were in Dallas, TX. We spoke to management about this and there are flaws and gaps in their processes. We were offered to start the buying process while the vehicle is waiting to be returned. The vehicle never showed up at 5pm as they said it would. At that point, of being offered paperwork on what is a loaner vehicle was absolutely disrespectful! They do not respect potential buyers. I would highly recommend asking for a lower price on the Ford expedition timberline vehicle if you consider purchasing it because it was driven hundreds of miles due to their mistake of loaning it out. Horrible experience!!!! We will never purchase a vehicle from this dealership. More
