I'm so impressed with the way the service dept is run. Very efficient, and the techs are very knowledgeable. The prompt and attentive customer service is a big plus. When my appt was scheduled I was told it would take 3-4 hours. Upon arrival I was told this is an all day job. I was forced to sit and wait. My appt time was 9am. I looked in the bay at 1:30 and my car w hours. Upon arrival I was told this is an all day job. I was forced to sit and wait. My appt time was 9am. I looked in the bay at 1:30 and my car wasn’t even in the shop yet however my advisor told me it was being worked on. I looked at 2pm and my car was now in the shop and being worked on. The work was completed by 4:30. Flat out lie by the advisor. Had the work begun at my appt time (9am), the service would have been completed in the 3-4 hours as I was initially told. Several other unhappy customers waiting extended period of time. Now that my warranty has expired, I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere. More

The Niello service department was fantastic again and I would not take my VW anywhere else to have it serviced. We had a delay on a part being ordered and Niello was totally accommodating in having me use would not take my VW anywhere else to have it serviced. We had a delay on a part being ordered and Niello was totally accommodating in having me use one of their loaner vehicles at no cost while waiting for completion of my service items. Daijah stayed on top of the issues and provided great service and pricing for my needs. I am very satisfied with the level of service provided and the atmosphere & amenities in the customer waiting area are second to none. Outstanding job to the whole service team! More
