Craig Norheim, the Sales Representative, was very friendly and helpful, and welcomed us back for a test drive whenever we were ready. After doing more research, we called and set up an appointment to do just that. He had a few different cars ready for us and was able to answer the many questions we had. After going and test driving various competitors' cars, we came back for another test drive again, with no pressure from Craig at all. He was always available by phone or email to answer any questions, but never pushy. We can now say that we are the proud owners of a beautiful 2018 Chevrolet Equinox. The entire process of purchasing the car was so easy, because all of the people involved at Georgetown Chevrolet (Craig - Sales Rep, Tom - Sales Manager, and Chuck - Finance Service Manager) all made it so easy. On the day that we picked up our new car, Craig spent so much time sitting in it with us, going over all of it's key features, which was greatly appreciated! We would definitely recommend visiting Craig Norheim at Georgetown Chevrolet to anyone looking for a great car buying experience! More

Referring Craig to my cousin was excellent. 2 1/2 years ago I purchased a new GMC Seirra 4x4 from Craig. Craig was completely professional, honest and treated me like a friend. I have spoken wit 2 1/2 years ago I purchased a new GMC Seirra 4x4 from Craig. Craig was completely professional, honest and treated me like a friend. I have spoken with Craig many times since the over the last couple of years throughout our run ins in the community. He truly appreciates his customers. That means a lot to me, So a few weeks ago I was talking with a family member and and he was trying to purchase a new pickup truck. However none of the dealers where he lives would deal with him. There are lots of dealer incentives being offered but the Chevy dealers were not interested in giving those to my cousin. My cousin lives 5 hours east of here near a place called Cornwall On. Long story short I spoke with Craig and st the 2 up to make a deal. My cousin was over the moon with how Craig took care of him. He got the truck he wanted and more. Craig also kept him under budget. My cousin has always driven a Ford product and his words to me were (I cannot believe I love a GM but I do.. Thanks again Craig for all your time spent with Travis. He speaks very highly of you.
