Craig Heuchert has been staying in reach ever since my purchase, making sure that everything is going good with my vehicle, and even going above and beyond and showing interest in my career and how I’m doing. I’ve been working in the telecommunications industry for 3 years now and I know how hard it is to stay in touch with clients as time goes by. Small things like this go unnoticed under management and it’s just the things that employees like this do, that create such a healthy customer retention/relation (On top of how much I love my truck). When I bought my Honda, I don’t think I was contacted once after I left with my car. Since June of last year I’ve been contacted a handful of times from Craig, making sure that my truck is working for me and my job.
