2013 ram 1500 laramie just bought my used ram 1500 Laramie crew cab from this dealership and I have to say this was the best vehicle purchase experience ever! this is my 4t just bought my used ram 1500 Laramie crew cab from this dealership and I have to say this was the best vehicle purchase experience ever! this is my 4th vehicle and 2nd Chrysler product however my first time dealing with Ontario Chrysler. from the second I got there, I must mention that it wasn't even a minute, I was greeted very warmly by the receptionist who promptly got me in touch with the salesperson that I was referred to. (Constatine) This gentleman in my opinion never once made me feel like he was selling me anything. He genuinely asked me what I was looking for, if I had time for him to find me the best deal and if he could make any suggestions. it did not even take him more than 2 days to find me the vehicle of my dreams and it was below my budget! although I was not able to pick the car up the day it arrived at the dealership, constatine was very accommodating when I was ready to bring my family to view the vehicle and treated them as well with such respect. all the other sales staff who were at the dealership every single time I was there were equally as respectful. all who were more than happy to offer me something to drink, make sure I was okay and also treated my family very well. if you are considering purchasing a new vehicle I would strongly recommend visiting this dealership.
