Amazing authentic staff, great after purchase experience We went into the dealership because we saw a Used Dodge Ram available at this location. My wife and I were fortunate to run into Constantine Stamatio We went into the dealership because we saw a Used Dodge Ram available at this location. My wife and I were fortunate to run into Constantine Stamatiou to help us. He was so authentic, genuine, sincere, and trust worthy. Our whole shopping experience was great from beginning to end. There was no pressure sales tactic. We went in just to "look" and although the one we saw online wasn't available anymore, Constantine was patient to find us the Rebel Model which we haven't seen. This ended up being the one we purchased as he was very genuine in doing a deal that would work for both parties. We purchased a Jeep before from another dealership and had always felt it was a horrible experience. After purchase service was also dismal, but this was different at this location. Purchase promises were kept and we got something that was a great deal and exceeded expectations. The financing part of it was dealt by Moid Bari and he was very patient in explaining all the details. Thank you Ontario Chrysler! More
