I found salespeople at other dealerships to be unfriendly, unhelpful, annoying, and persistent. At Honda West, everyone was friendly and helpful - not at all pushy, just happy to be there to assist in any way possible. It was a unique car-buying experience! We got a good deal and a ton of information about our new car! Cole took us for a test drive and showed us all the features of the car. He was lovely to deal with and made everything so easy! I will recommend this dealership to anyone I know looking for a car!! More

Cole took the time to really show us all of the new features in the 2016 Pilot when we were starting to shop around for a new SUV. We ended up purchasing our Pilot Touring from Honda West because of Cole's enthusiasm, patience explaining everything to us and his knowledge of our new car. Our initial test drive with Cole was the most informative we have ever taken. When it came time to discuss financing our new car, Matt was very friendly, easy to talk to and understanding.
