Hello everyone, My name is Cody and I’m one of the finance managers here at Straightline Kia! I’ve been working in the auto industry since I graduated high school back in 2011, but have had a love for anything related to engines since I started riding motocross at a young age. After graduating from high school I went to SAIT to study a course specifically designed for automotive management! Outside of work you can catch me on my motorcycle or spending time with my family and friends! I also enjoy playing the odd game of poker with anyone! Excellent Customer Service From the moment I called the dealership to set up a time to meet with Ola (Sales), I was treated well by him. He was helpful, courteous, and fair, From the moment I called the dealership to set up a time to meet with Ola (Sales), I was treated well by him. He was helpful, courteous, and fair, and eventually bought the vehicle from him as a result. I also worked with Cody who was efficient, cheerful, helpful and considerate in having all of the paperwork in order and thinking ahead to what he needed from me before I arrived to pick the vehicle up. The internet sales manager, Tyler, was very att Transitioning back to Calgary from Miami, my husband and I inquired online about a pre-owned KIA Soul. The internet sales manager, Tyler, was very attentive to every request we made and upon our arrival was available to handle every detail of the sale with a perfect touch. The little car had been a rental and was in need of a little TLC which it received and by the time I picked it up it looked brand new. Cody, the finance officer was super in getting me the car payment rate that I wanted and everyone at the dealership gave us a warm welcome and made us feel right at home. Heck they even made sure we left with a brand new BBQ as described on their website which we were absolutely thrilled to receive. Super awesome job Straightline KIA Team!!! More
