I've bought several new vehicles over the last few years and it is usually a struggle trying to make a fair deal happen. There isn’t any of the typical sales techniques that drive me out the door such as “this deal is only good for today”. Capital on the other hand, was outstanding in every way. Everyone at the dealership went the extra mile. From the receptionist through to the General Manager Sean Harms I was greeted with a smile and a handshake. I want to also acknowledge Claire Hojnocki who went the extra mile through the selection and deliver of my new Denali. He is professional, listens to what my needs are in a vehicle and never pressured me to do anything I wasn't comfortable with. Your team was outgoing, responsive, and timely which is so different then the other big city dealerships. Your dealership is 5 stars all the way! The Denali 1500 Grand is unbelievably quiet and smoother to drive, the acceleration is amazing with the bigger engine. Even the stereo sounds better. GM knocked this one out of the park.
