Brought my car in for a recall. When i picked up the car, the door handle was broke. They refused to take responsibility for it. I asked to talk to service manager and was told she was not in, i would receive a call later. The next minute i had my wife call and she was immediately put on phone with service manager. They are liars and completetely unprofessional. More

After I bought my EV from this dealership they contacted me many times to come in for an oil change?!?! With less than 10000 km. they said they found that I needed a brake job and a wheel alignment. The com me many times to come in for an oil change?!?! With less than 10000 km. they said they found that I needed a brake job and a wheel alignment. The computer printout that showed I needed the wheel alignment had nothing on it that identified it as my vehicle. When I reported that to the service manager she just said that maybe they should find a way to remedy that!! There is not a lot of costly maintenance for an EV so they just make it up. I will never deal with them again or recommend the to anyone. More

I had the most exceptional experience when I took my car in to be serviced! All of the women who helped me were incredible; they were open and honest and friendly and so non-judgemental about my lack of car in to be serviced! All of the women who helped me were incredible; they were open and honest and friendly and so non-judgemental about my lack of car knowledge. They were patient when explaining things to me, understanding, so thorough, and so compassionate. The work that was done on my car was phenomenal, they caught really dangerous problems that I wasn’t even aware of and they fixed them in a remarkably short time. This dealership is such blessing to find, I am so glad I have a place I can bring my car with such hardworking and trustworthy staff! More

We had a very mixed experience at this dealership. Our salesperson Sara was great, but unfortunately the entire rest of the business dropped the ball in several ways. We were very firm on our budget from salesperson Sara was great, but unfortunately the entire rest of the business dropped the ball in several ways. We were very firm on our budget from the start, yet other salespeople continued to try to sell us vehicles outside of our budget, all while insisting they "aren't the kind of dealership that will try to sell you a car outside your budget". When we finally agreed to one price, we were again presented with a price outside of our budget in the finance department. When we decided on a vehicle, we noticed it had two open recalls on it according to the Carfax report. When we asked about these, we were assured they had been completed, and the person we spoke to insisted he didn't even have to check because he was sure it had been done. Then, a day or two later, we get a call informing us one of the recalls had not been done, and we would need to come in to do so. On the phone we were told this would take about 30 minutes, yet when we arrived at the service centre we were informed it would be an hour and a half. The service department was also completely unapologetic at their inability accurately estimate the time the service would take. We also had to return to the dealership because the finance department never took our downpayment despite us asking when we would pay that several times, as well as missed providing us important documents. Overall we are happy with out vehicle, but will never come to this dealership again. More
