Brought brand new 2021 Jeep Wrangler here after purchasing elsewhere for a whining noise. To which they were accommodating and serviced issue three separate times under warranty until it was fixed purchasing elsewhere for a whining noise. I think the service fees for maintenance are to high, they nickel and dime u for every little thing! I had to pay $175 for a hardware update so my Jeep would run better because of issues they discovered they nickel and dime u for every little thing! Extremely dissatisfied with the lack of detail from Leduc Chrysler. I brought my 2019 ram truck in for an inspection and 100,000km fluid change and interior detail. I got a call from service with a few items Chrysler. I brought my 2019 ram truck in for an inspection and 100,000km fluid change and interior detail. I got a call from service with a few items that need to be addressed. One of the items was an oil change..... if they looked at the sticker in the windshield they would see it was completed less than 3000km ago. Then the "typical" air filters a dealership likes to sell. I explained that the engine air filter was replaced less than 3000km ago. He continued to say it was dirty and needed to be replaced. I finally agreed. They left the filter in the truck for me to look at.... Yes it has a touch of dust on the outside but the rest is beautiful and white like it should be with less than 3000km. Second item is they wanted to do a wheel balance which I agreed needed to be done. They charged me over $150 to clean some dirt from my rim... Ok fair. But when I went to pick up my 2019 ram truck after paying over $3000.00 for "service" they couldn't even be bothered to give it a quick wash. Maybe the guy who charged me $150 to clean my rims could have given it a quick rinse?? Third item: The interior/exterior detail was never completed. He did explain that the lady who does it went off sick. Ok I can understand but the truck was in the shop for 8days and there was nobody else that could do it?? The last item that makes me realize the complete lack of detail at Leduc Chrysler is, my driver door has an awful squeak to it each time you open it. Normally I just put a quick spray on it and it's good for months. The service guys were in and out of my truck numerous times and would have definitely noted the loud squeak. But couldn't even be bothered to give it a quick spray. The only attention to detail you will find at Leduc is when it comes to your bill. So disappointed. More

The service department is top notch. Each person at the counter is friendly, courteous and sympathetic to the struggle you are having with your vehicle. Customers are not usually very happy about being th counter is friendly, courteous and sympathetic to the struggle you are having with your vehicle. Customers are not usually very happy about being there as it is likely to be an expensive visit. Each representative can easily diffuse touchy situations and make the customer at ease. I admire their efforts and appreciate the level of service I receive. More
