I went in with a flat tire and was advised that because I had drove on it, it likely was damaged inside. They examined the tire and found a screw in the tread but no damage inside. I made the decision to use it anyway so they fixed the hole and returned it to the vehicle AT NO CHARGE! They did put a disclaimer on the tire so I could not go back on them for a blowout on that tire. They were friendly, courteous, and straight forward. I found it a pleasant experience. More
