Had an issue with my 2022 Pacifica, I called the service department, they got me in same day and fixed the issue free of cost. My wife was also at my home with our children while I was at work, they arrang department, they got me in same day and fixed the issue free of cost. My wife was also at my home with our children while I was at work, they arrange to drop off my van at my house. I was very impressed with Chuck and the other staff I spoke with. Will continue to use them for service and future vehicle purchases. More

This dealership has some of the most helpful and friendly people working here. They go over and beyond for me everytime. The service department is amazing! 5 weeks to get a transmission repair done, got truck back and it would not shift properly. Took the mechanic on a test drive he said it would have to relearn its shift points. I was not happy with that stupi and it would not shift properly. Took the mechanic on a test drive he said it would have to relearn its shift points. I was not happy with that stupid answer. Took truck to Automotive express in camrose and the tcm had to be reprogrammed for the two transmission we put in that truck in the last 3 years good job. A happy customer will tell a few people,unhappy customer will tell everybody More

Service department can’t figure out electrical problem on 2019 long horn. Replace multiple electrical parts charging me thousands of dollars, have had my truck for a total of a couple weeks. Finally find the 2019 long horn. Replace multiple electrical parts charging me thousands of dollars, have had my truck for a total of a couple weeks. Finally find the issue after calling Chrysler Canada hotline. Turns out it was a $300 module!! After charging thousands in misdiagnoses and truck broken down multiple times leaving employees stranded on the highway hours from home.so to top it all off they had the nerve to say we are gonna take care of you!! And give you a friends and family discount on your final bill!!!!!!!!😡 honestly it shows me the true disregard for customer service and satisfaction at Leduc Chrysler More
