Brent has been helping us along the whole time and you are sure to get excellent service with him and you can feel comfortable that you are getting the best possible deal. The whole finance team here are quite honestly the best I have ever dealt with and made the process a breeze. Then finally Christina definitely knows her stuff when showing you your new ride and no detail is missed to ensure you leave knowing all possible information on how to operate your new car. Top notch guys and keep it up! With service like this I have no choice but to keep coming back.... PS. Shout out to Chuck In service as well, whenever I go in he knows me by name and does not sugarcoat what you need to know. Not at any point did he advise there would be a charge and continued the work to a time of 161$. LA MAZDA is a better bet for any kind of sales or service. When I asked Lisa about it she came back with snarky remarks and was disrespectful. Avoid I had written a letter to the company a few days later and spoke with Lonnie and Fred. They were very helpful and apologized for the miscommunication and even refunded me for the incident. It’s nice to see that their management they will stand up for their customers. More
