Piss poor service UPDATE talked to owner of dealership was willing to give me a 200 gas card for the part I bought to fix the car(100 dollars) and the gas it took to dr UPDATE talked to owner of dealership was willing to give me a 200 gas card for the part I bought to fix the car(100 dollars) and the gas it took to drive a total of 5 hours. I was told I would get contacted by Chris rose when ready. When I received the message from Chris I was then informed that it was contingent on taking down this review.Bought a 2013 used car from there not even a week of owning the car the bumper is falling off sunroof gets stuck when open and the car pulls to the right. Called to get it look at and repaired they said I would have to pay for the repairs myself. So much for the high standards I was told they had UPDATE After talking to Manager Chris rose to bring the car in for them to look at it and fix everything other then possibly the sunroof. After all is said and done we get a call saying car is done. Go to pick car up the alignment was out that was corrected the sunroof advised not to open all the way the bumper was not fixed probably all I was told was it would never look like new again. Well it would if you did not not refuse to replace the part needed to fix the problem correctly how do I know this well I optained a copy of work order form body shop place it was sent to they advise St. Catharines Nissan it needed a new headlight they refused. Also they had car detailed again and it looks horrible liquid spots everywhere on the interior.If you ask me piss poor customer service DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THEM. More

Amazing Experience So I really needed to purchase another vehicle, I went to EdLearn Ford in St Catherine's everything was going smooth then all of a sudden they wouldn' So I really needed to purchase another vehicle, I went to EdLearn Ford in St Catherine's everything was going smooth then all of a sudden they wouldn't approve me, so discouraged my husband and I left and decided to forget about looking for another vehicle, a month later I decided to go back to the Nissan dealership in St Catherine's where we went a couple years prior for a vehicle for my husband the gentleman that worked with us was amazing went over a beyond his duty to get us a vehicle, well same thing happened again for us he worked his magic and drove out with a new upgraded vehicle with low biweekly payments that fit my budget, if you ever need a vehicle go see Chris Van Wiechen at the St Catherine's Nissan let him do his magic for you he is amazing at his job More

Amazing salesman!!! This was our first time going out to look at cars at a dealership and since ours was falling apart we figured to give it a shot and we went to Nissan. We met with Christopher on the Wednesday and we were picking up our new Pathfinder on the following Monday. Christopher was great he absolutely went above and beyond for us even engaged our boys and brought them out balloons which was impressive to me!! We couldn’t of asked for a better person to walk us threw all of this and he honestly worked his butt off! He made this whole process so easy and less stressful then what I expected and got our family a vehicle that we absolutely love!! We’d recommend Christopher to anyone. More

The salesman Christopher, who I dealt with went above and beyond for me. Not in a pushy way either, he was a very patient person. Again I searched for weeks and Christopher would contact me when he found a vehicle he thought would suit my needs over and over again, until we found what I wanted in my price range. I am very happy with the entire ordeal and all the time and effort taken by Christopher and all of the office staff who also helped make my buying a vehicle all the more pleasant and easy , as it was very stressful. LOVE my new pathfinder! Christopher at St. Catharines Nissan was so helpful during the process of buying my first SUV! I was not prepared to need a new vehicle at the time as Christopher at St. Catharines Nissan was so helpful during the process of buying my first SUV! I was not prepared to need a new vehicle at the time as mine unexpectedly broke down on me, so I really found the idea of going through the whole process to be very overwhelming. Christopher streamlined everything for me and explained everything to me in layman's terms. He did not pussyfoot around and immediately gave me a realistic idea of what kind of prices and interest rates I would be looking at based on my credit history and current income. When the vehicle I was interested in was sold before I could buy it Christopher did his due diligence and went to another dealership and had the vehicle I wanted brought down for me. Christopher was able to get me the vehicle I wanted, at a great price, a great interest rate, a great warranty, and was able to get me great value on my trade in. I would definitely recommend St Catharines Nissan and will be spreading the word to my family and friends. More
