Jim Pompei was a professional and found the exact car I was looking for. When I arrived the car looked as described. Five stars for Acura of Berlin. This was the most pleasurable car buying experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked into the dealership, I worked with James (Jim) Pompei. Ji This was the most pleasurable car buying experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked into the dealership, I worked with James (Jim) Pompei. Jim is extremely genuine, polite, and professional. His approach is very relaxed and there was no pressure from him whatsoever when I told him the exact vehicle and price point I was looking to get into. After the test drive, I knew I wanted the vehicle and Jim made it happen ASAP. I walked into the dealership at 10:00 a.m. and drove away in my new car at 1:30 p.m. It truly was the easiest and most seamless process all thanks to Jim the and rest of the staff at Acura. I cannot thank them enough for going above and beyond! More
