After my car was written off, I was nervous about buying a new one especially after going to a few dealerships and not having a great experience. However, when I called Winnipeg Hyundai and spoke to Eric, I a new one especially after going to a few dealerships and not having a great experience. However, when I called Winnipeg Hyundai and spoke to Eric, I felt understood and taken care of instantly. Eric was waiting for me when I got to the dealership and had the car I wanted to look at ready when I arrived. I really appreciated the efficiency. He was inviting and friendly yet I never felt pressured into making a decision. I truly felt Eric and the sales manager Reuel cared about my experience and wanted to get me a good deal. In the end I found the perfect vehicle that fits my needs and my budget. I couldn’t be happier and I’m very thankful. I also had a lovely time when the deal was finalized with Chris the finance manager. I didn’t feel pressured into any add on’s I wasn’t interested in and he explained everything very well but kept the meeting very friendly and efficient. My boyfriend came with me and stated he wished he had come to this dealership to purchase his new vehicle because we had such a great time. Thank you Eric, Reuel and Chris! More
