My wife went into Capital Dodge in February to trade in her Jeep. and purchase, a a new one. The deal was done, contract signed, deposit paid, and then 4 weeks later she gets a call from the dealership to her Jeep. and purchase, a a new one. The deal was done, contract signed, deposit paid, and then 4 weeks later she gets a call from the dealership to tell her they cannot find a car to sell her. She had to escalate to the GM, who only able to apologize but basically said too bad, no deal. What kind of dealership does this? We are done with this dealership forever. More
