I had a great experience in BMW of Westlake. I traded in my car and got a new one all process went smoothly and fast. Kelly Cavanagh was very helpful. I inquired couple of months ago for a car I was interes my car and got a new one all process went smoothly and fast. Kelly Cavanagh was very helpful. I inquired couple of months ago for a car I was interested in, at that time it was not available. Kelly Kept me informed since then, whenever a car was available she emailed me so finally they got the car I was looking for and bought it. Experience with the staff was phenomenal and I really appreciate that you replaced the fuse for free. That being said, I would have liked my service light reset.
