I cannot say enough about the service at Erinwood. two gentlemen and my followup service team for oil changes etc has been not only outstanding but has left me wondering why more people don't care enough about the customer to help us like Erinwood Ford does. Lem 2013 and Chevon Jackson 2015 have sold me both of 2 F150s. Both are still there and I can't say enough about them. Excellent: pleasant people - Finance Carol Service Department - Shawn Moon and Joe Engle. These people make you feel good about your purchase and it's obvious they like their jobs.
