Absolutely the worst car buying experience we have ever had! We are return Herb Chambers customers and this experience was a complete 180 from our first experience. Jerked around with our appointments, p had! We are return Herb Chambers customers and this experience was a complete 180 from our first experience. Jerked around with our appointments, promised phone calls that never happen until you chase them down. Flip text remarks in response to questions. We were actually treated like our purchase wasn't important. Lastly, we were charged for things that Herb Chambers didn't deliver (registration), we paid for it and can't seem to get our money back. If it wasn't for how much my wife loved the car she was buying, we would have walked away several times. I could actually write a book about how disappointed I was with this experience. If someone from Herb Chambers would like to reach out, I would love to share our experience. More

The district manager kept my truck for the 30 day period so I couldn't get the things fixed it needed they did 0 maintaining to it it needed everything done n over 1500 dollars it cost needed a new front se so I couldn't get the things fixed it needed they did 0 maintaining to it it needed everything done n over 1500 dollars it cost needed a new front seat cover they damaged my truck on delivery n didn't replace the tailgate they charged me the 1200 for the ceramic coating that was never put on they scratched my whole truck with swirls n purposely scratched big ones and dented it they put over 1000 miles on it refused to give me corporate #. It needed brakes n roters n everything flushed they did nothing but drive it around left 2 dry rot tires on it that cost 900 for 2 it's a 2020 lt trail boss I asked them to fix the issues n they refused 2. More
