Purchased a new car from Flagship Motorcars yesterday. Everyone was super helpful and knowledgeable. I had many questions and they were patient in answering them all. I’m not a fan of buying cars, but the Everyone was super helpful and knowledgeable. I had many questions and they were patient in answering them all. EE couldn’t solve my problem. Told me he was a ‘nobody’ at the dealership and that I should probably go talk to the manager. Also told me not to use the Mercedes Connect website Told me he was a ‘nobody’ at the dealership and that I should probably go talk to the manager. Also told me not to use the Mercedes Connect website because it was terrible. When I asked about a map update he just said it was ‘expensive and only supported for a year’. No offer to help. MB has great promises mad but….. More
