Right away there was a salesman, Chase, waiting for me and they had the car washed and ready for me to test drive, with only an hour prior notice to me being there. The salesman walked me around the car t and they had the car washed and ready for me to test drive, with only an hour prior notice to me being there. The salesman walked me around the car to inspect it before even driving it, which i was very impressed by. He took the time to thoroughly explain every aspect and detail of the car, and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I don’t think there was a question that he wouldn’t have known an answer to. After the test drive, the salesman took the time to sit down with me and discuss number and where I would be comfortable at for a payment. The finance guy, Stas, worked hard to get the payment I wanted without extending the loan length too much further than what I wanted as well. He made sure to find the best interest rate and when I came down to it, he even asked the manager if there was anything more they could do to get me where I wanted to be. They were able to increase my trade in amount, which did the trick. He also threw in a 6 year, 100.000 mile warranty, at cost, or around $2500 off the original extended warranty amount. Not to mention this dealership automatically adds a clear coat to all vehicles and has added insurance available to the customer for the first year for free which covers most all dents, scratches, tears in the interiors, cracks in the windshield, etc. None of the people I worked with were “pushy” in any way, as some dealerships can tend to be. They also gave me an entire tour of the dealership, and once financing was complete had the car waiting for me with a full tank of gas. My salesmen even took the time to set up OnStar and help with any setting changes. They were completely transparent during the entire interaction and made it make sense for me to upgrade. Everyone involved in the sale was more than courteous, personable, and truly wanted to hear my thoughts. I will be continuing business with them in the future, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. More
