Karen and the service team kept me updated every step of the way. As soon as the car was done in service I was able to take it home no problem. Always a pleasure to work with the folks at BMW of Sudbury, and Chelsie was wonderful: professional, personable and knowledgeable. She worked to make sure that we could find the perfect BMW for my nee Sudbury, and Chelsie was wonderful: professional, personable and knowledgeable. She worked to make sure that we could find the perfect BMW for my needs, and has followed through on all of her promises. A great sales rep and one that BMW should be proud to have working for them. In addition, Charlie Karkaetedes, the new car Sales Manager, with whom I've had had the pleasure to work with before, went above and beyond to facilitate my purchase. I could not have asked for a better service. Charlie is the reason that I came back to Sudbury BMW for our fourth BMW. And last, but not least, Joshua Kem was great to work with. He was extremely patient and helpful in taking my though the finance options and optional coverages. He made it as painless as possible and was also a pleasure to work with. You should be very proud of this sales team at BMW of Sudbury. I most highly recommend them and thank them for their time and help, and I continue to come back for a reason: people like Charlie, Chelsie and Josh. Thank you to all three! More

Jack is very knowledgeable and passionate about the vehicles… Showed me pics of his BMW and used his experience to talk with me, show me the features, and ultimately help me decide between the two vehi vehicles… Showed me pics of his BMW and used his experience to talk with me, show me the features, and ultimately help me decide between the two vehicles I was interested in. Had a smooth transaction… None of the guys/gals there were pushy. The finance guys, managers, and BMW Genius were also all great. Go in there with realistic expectations knowing that they’re a business, and they’ll make sure to give you a good deal that’s fair for both sides, and also take care of you after the sale. Coffee bar could be updated ;) More
