After hurricane Helene I took my car in because would not start on the first try. THIS DEALERSHIP MAY CAUSE YOU DEATH!!!! Took my car in because sometimes it would not start. Agreed to battery not start/stop. During hurricane Milton my car would not start so I could not evacuate. Once the storm passed towed to Tampa Volvo. Tampa volvo said the battery was not put in correct and had 3 loose connections. Grateful I didn’t die in the storm being trapped with no car because this dealership didn’t do their job right. Probably wanting me to come back and pay for the $3400 start/stop switch that is not even needed!!! A different time they didn’t put the car back together after- I found parts in my trunk. The time before that they left plastic oil bottle under my hood. More

They refused to take it back in for repairs, and told me it would be over a month until they could look at it. Sarasota Volvo said the same thing. But Crown Volvo St. Pete, and Joseph Guerrera in particular, got me in that very same day and immediately started the repairs. They were so accommodating and had great communication throughout the whole process. I will be exclusively bringing my Volvo to them from now on. More

My wife brought car in for ac problem in December. Charlie recommended 2500 repair for ac. He also recommended front and rear rotors and pads due to rust. I called my volvo dealer in New York to inquire what shape they were in as car was just serviced. They were all replaced within last year so obviously they didn’t need replacement. Being skeptical we brought car to trusted repair shop in Saint Petersburg and they disagreed with ac diagnosis. Ac was repaired for 400 dollars. On a dealer review Charlie explained that I am mistaken and misinformed. So much for treating sustainers with respect. We will be getting car serviced in Syracuse with a trustworthy dealership. Wish I could recommend zero stars. John j More
