Was told piece to be replace was cover by warranty and I make appointment tech end up putting glue on piece instead of repairing. Is disappointing I spend ove 60 k in a truck and dealership will not assume make appointment tech end up putting glue on piece instead of repairing. Is disappointing I spend ove 60 k in a truck and dealership will not assume responsibility to fix defective part. Imposible to break a light by touch when is meant to be touched to turn it on ! I wonder how many others have to pay out of pocket after they are told at time of purchase bumper to bumper cover and is not a real deal!! Last truck I will buy from this place. More

This was explained to you and your wife with the picture demonstrating where the bracket come apart due to outside influence. As per policy, this is not covered under warranty ( not a defected part ) "C\Pictures\104000111571436.zip" "C: Pictures\104000111571440.zip" sent on Tue 2024-09-17 09:49 advisor explained to your wife the best way with out replacing the headliner very costly to repalace, is glueing the bracket to the headliner was the best option, your wife agreed to proceed with the repair.
