Bought my vehicle 4 years ago from Subaru, the sales staff are very knowledgeable efficient and friendly, finance was professional and quick and I continue to bring my vehicle to parts and service as th staff are very knowledgeable efficient and friendly, finance was professional and quick and I continue to bring my vehicle to parts and service as they always manage to get me in on short notice, are long tenured, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. No issues with the service. One thing I will say for corporate side of Subaru, which the dealer ship doesn’t seem to have control of is these surveys that we “must” do is rath One thing I will say for corporate side of Subaru, which the dealer ship doesn’t seem to have control of is these surveys that we “must” do is rather annoying for myself , I think it should be more mindful of the customer, if I was not a fan of Subaru I wouldn’t support them. Lastly another corporate thing is I am not a big fan of the amount of reminders for appointments. One week before and a day prior is lots,in my opinion. Rather than multiple emails, texts and phone call reminders. More

I purchased my 2021 outback here and have brought it in for service ever since and have been very happy. My most recent visit was for to take winter tires off and put new all-seasons on. I work close to the dealership to walk but they always offer me a ride if I need it. The staff are always friendly and great to deal with. More

Cass and the service team did an excellent job in bringing back my Subaru from a failed transmission. Our family has been Subaru owners for 3 generations now. They took this is consideration when g bringing back my Subaru from a failed transmission. Our family has been Subaru owners for 3 generations now. They took this is consideration when going to bat for us to resolve this failure. Their solution was acceptable to us and we are forever grateful. We have a good reliable vehicle we can trust our family in! More

Where do I start; over charged for labour, it took 1 hour and 15 minutes to complete the work but charged me for 2 hours and stated I needed and oil and air filter change when it was just done on 6 days prio and 15 minutes to complete the work but charged me for 2 hours and stated I needed and oil and air filter change when it was just done on 6 days prior. I paid 825$ for my bill and prior to leaving I was told that the battery in my car was tested and it did not pass. Again this battery was tested Monday prior to going to the dealership today and there was absolutely no issues found at that time. I am disgusted with the service. More
