Negotiations went fine and on three or four occasions a CD player was discussed. Each time we were assured that a CD player was included. Contract signed. When we went to pick up our new vehicle we were told only then, that there was no CD player in the RAV4 SE. This is my fifth Toyota vehicle, my first disappointment. I am extremely upset at being misled. More
