Poor experience in receiving a new (dirty) vehicle, even after the vehicle was so called detailed the second time it was still dirty. After sending photos of the dirty spots the salesperson tried to put the after the vehicle was so called detailed the second time it was still dirty. After sending photos of the dirty spots the salesperson tried to put the blame on me. As even my neighbor's stated that the rims where still dirt as when I ordinally picked up the vehicle. I also experienced the Dealership Members didn't get a hold of me to finalize the details of purchasing because they had my name, number and email address wrong!!! I had to contact them 2-3 working days later to inquire about the final details of the purchase of the vehicle. I don't not feel as a Valued Customer as the Dealership has taken away my New Vehicle experience! More

My trade was evaluated on-line, we negotiated electronically and reached agreement. Cameron and I completed all the paperwork and payment electronically. Cameron delivered my purchase to my driveway and picked up my trade. A stress free experience! Although doing business this way was largely driven by the COVID pandemic, I believe this is going to stay and I would say that Budds has got it down pat! More

Awful Customer Service I made an appointment through their website on a Wednesday night to test drive a used Cadillac on the upcoming Friday. I was immediately called by Cameron Ernst to schedule an appointment. I told him I would be coming from Niagara Falls and taking the day off work. Thursday evening I got a phone call and an email from Michele Field to confirm my Friday appointment. Friday morning I exchanged text messages with Cameron Ernst to again confirm my appointment to drive the Cadillac I had enquired about. When I arrived at the dealership on Friday, Cameron was busy with another customer. After a 15 minute wait,someone at the dealership finally introduced me to Bill Coombe who explained Cameron was busy and that he could assist me with the vehicle I was there to see. After several minutes of trying to find the vehicle I was there to drive, Bill informed me that Cameron had actually sold the vehicle the day prior. Knowing I was coming from an hour away and taking the day off work, Cameron Ernst had sold the vehicle the day prior and had not had the common decency to let me know. Bill could tell I was furious and apologized several times on his ignorant co-worker's behalf. Several times, Bill said he would "take care of" me due to Cameron's actions. My experience with Bill was generally positive. I found him to be friendly and accommodating while trying to find a similar vehicle for me to drive, and I would recommend him based solely on his customer service. However, when I decided on a vehicle I liked and we began to talk about the price, the absolute best he could offer to "take care of" me was to take $250 off the price. I was not impressed by this and ultimately left, which is unfortunate because I was prepared to buy a vehicle that. This has worked out in my favour however, as I have since bought a vehicle from Ken Dobbin at Brian Cullen Chevrolet in St. Catharines. Ken's customer service is light years ahead of what I experienced at Budds. Several days after my visit to Budds, I received a follow-up email form Michele Field enquiring how my visit to Budds had been. When I relayed my experience and my concerns in a reply I heard absolutely nothing back. So, to recap: -Cameron Ernst showed no respect for me or my time, and his ignorance makes this dealership worth avoiding altogether. -Bill Coombe provided good customer service and was very friendly. He did his best after being put in a tough spot by his co-worker, but take any promise he makes you with a grain of salt. -Any email form Michele Field is not worth responding to, because it appears she doesn't actually care whether you had a negative experience.
