I purchased aw NEW KIA Seltos Dec 2021 at Harris KIA of Nanaimo, BC. I also purchased a used KIA Forte for my Granddaughter about a year earlier While I have no complaints in regards the vehicles t Nanaimo, BC. I also purchased a used KIA Forte for my Granddaughter about a year earlier While I have no complaints in regards the vehicles themselves. I do have complaints as to the business practices of the dealership. My complaint: I received the usual email notices in regards my Seltos for maintenance/Oil changes etc the first one was fine they did the job and I paid. The second Maintenance call I took my Seltos in and they proceeded with the work I sat and waited in the dealership showroom, after about 40 minutes the maintenance guy whom I presumed to be manager of the service department came into the showroom and told me the service was completed Oil change and filters etc. Then he said "the tracking on the passenger side was a little out" and said I required an "alignment". I asked him "what is the cost for that" he responded "$150" I told him "then go ahead with it" he then left and went back into the service department. NOT five minutes later he drove my car around to the entrance close to where I was sitting ready for me to drive away I paid my bill and left on the way home I was reviewing what had taken place in my mind. Having worked on cars in my younger days It occurred to me that there is no way a wheel alignment could be performed in four minutes and even IF it could it was not worth $150.00 I realized that I had just been RIPPED-OFF! I complained to the salesman who sold me the vehicle Josh, and I also complained to the General sales manager, Cameron Adams. I was told they would discuss at their next meeting I have heard NOTHING since. I went into the service department some weeks later and asked them how long it would take to do a wheel alignment on a KIA Seltos they told me about 45 minutes, and that confirmed my suspicions. I then told them that I would not be bringing my vehicle back to them for any future maintenance and service requirements and asked them to remove me from their mailing and calling list. I dismissed the option of civil action on the basis of the small amount and the economic viability of it. Yesterday I received an email from Harris KIA with a SALES survey asking would "I purchase the same vehicle again" My answer would be a resounding NO I would Never purchase a KIA again based on my previous experience. also my Granddaughter was deprived of one of her free oil changes with the lame excuse that the offer had expired No expiry date was provided with the offer. The Harris Kia dealership, Whom did not take the slightest interest in my concerns and were less than flippant about my complaint. For them to to CHOOSE to lose future revenue, in exchange for a fast buck $150.00 Is severely short sighted. Terry. Nanaimo,BC More

This is the fourth vehicle from Harris Kia, and our second from Bryan Bare. When we showed up looking for cars Bryan even remembered us from last time! He was informative and relatable. He helped us get informed on the new car, and guided us to government rebates. We would buy this exact car again, it has been better than expected for us. We have been using Kia service department since our first purchase and the have been fantastic and accommodating. Michelle is always there to discuss the work being done. The supporting staff have also been polite and helpful. I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to reach out to Bryan at Harris Kia. More

I moved to QB July 15th and wanted a Kia Soul. Arsene & Josh were great to work with. I stopped in to say Hi & meet Arsene & Josh after speaking with them on the phone earlier in the week.
