This is one of the best dealership I have dealth with. Very efficient from the person on the phone to the service center. Gwen on the phone was very helpful. My vehicle gear shift was locked on my 2020 Telluride. The windows, door locks, trunk, wipers and several other components didn’t work. I took it in to determine the problem and after troubleshooting it w The windows, door locks, trunk, wipers and several other components didn’t work. I took it in to determine the problem and after troubleshooting it was determined that rodents had damaged the harnesses. Mario Rodriquez and the Service Manager Steve was able to provide me a loaner while they made the necessary repairs. They were diligent in keeping me posted along the way.
