After hurricane Helene I took my car in because would not start on the first try. THIS DEALERSHIP MAY CAUSE YOU DEATH!!!! Took my car in because sometimes it would not start. They said it was a battery an start on the first try. THIS DEALERSHIP MAY CAUSE YOU DEATH!!!! Took my car in because sometimes it would not start. They said it was a battery and stop/start switch. Agreed to battery not start/stop. During hurricane Milton my car would not start so I could not evacuate. Once the storm passed towed to Tampa Volvo. Tampa volvo said the battery was not put in correct and had 3 loose connections. Grateful I didn’t die in the storm being trapped with no car because this dealership didn’t do their job right. Probably wanting me to come back and pay for the $3400 start/stop switch that is not even needed!!! A different time they didn’t put the car back together after- I found parts in my trunk. The time before that they left plastic oil bottle under my hood. More

Chris was terrific in showing me how the CX60 works. He helped me connecting my phone and showed my how the Google voice command works. The dealership was excellent and the staff expertly attentive, I have not had a buying experience such as this in a very long time. More

I had an amazing buying experience from Chris Lowry at crown Volvo. He had sold my wife a car last year and because of that I went back. You'd have a great experience wrapping things up with finance as well. No pressure sales here so if you need a Volvo, definitely make your way to Chris and Crown Volvo. More
