Good service A year ago I purchased a Ford Explorer and the process was seamless and painless (can't say that about all vehicle purchases over the years). Notable A year ago I purchased a Ford Explorer and the process was seamless and painless (can't say that about all vehicle purchases over the years). Notable was that at the time of my purchase, the dealership was offering free winter tires with the purchase of the vehicle. Upon putting on the tires and driving in the winter I noted one tire had a manufacturing flaw and thus was leaking. I contacted my salesman (Bryan Williams) who expediently arranged for me to bring in the tire to the dealership and it was repaired with no hassle, questions or extra fees. I appreciate a dealership that stands behind the products they sell. In my experience also the staff at the dealership I interacted with from Mr. Williams to those in the service center, were courteous, knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. That is always appreciated and I would definitely buy a future vehicle from this dealership. Great no hassle experience. More

Needless to say were quite hesitant as we hadn't bought a new car for quite some time and had some unpleasant experiences in the past when looking at vehicles at other dealerships. Bryan was very pleasant, informative, and Knowledgeable and we were both quite pleasantly surprised with our experience. We were also impressed with his courteous follow up policy. We would certainly recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More
