Very deceiving business practices, was lied to, was made promises that weren’t delivered on and they added costs that weren’t supposed to be added and acted like they didn’t know what I was talking. I’ve bought 13 new cars in my lifetime, and this was the most unethical group of individuals I’ve ever dealt with. they’ll make you think they’re doing right by you but once you review the contract after the sale, you’ll realize what they did and then they won’t respond. I was originally going to lease a Dodge, but the people at that dealership were rude. Upon coming to Atlantic Kia, there was a complete 180 in the energy when compared to Dodge. Moise greeted me right away at that dealership were rude. Upon coming to Atlantic Kia, there was a complete 180 in the energy when compared to Dodge. Moise greeted me right away and was so easy to work with. I can tell he works hard and is great at his job because he sold me on the first car I looked at. Everyone is so friendly at Atlantic Kia, I couldn’t have asked for a better team to help with the process of getting my first new car. I want to give a lot of recognition to Moise, he was enthusiastic, personable, and listened to what I was looking for. Everyone at the dealership were so helpful and made this process so easy for me! I will recommend anyone looking for a new car to go to Moise and the Atlantic Kia team! More

At first, the experience seemed promising, but after evaluating the deal, I realized I was taken advantage of. Don’t fall for the games as I did. Despite having a perfect credit score and a clear agreem evaluating the deal, I realized I was taken advantage of. Don’t fall for the games as I did. Despite having a perfect credit score and a clear agreement on my down payment, they added an unexpected $100 per month to my payments for “something they forgot to add” and my down payment also grew an additional $1,000 then agreed upon. Nothing was accurate, numbers were all over the place, very long wait times and I regret bringing my business here. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership. More

It's not often you get to give a car salesman and dealership 5 stars, but my experience with Atlantic Kia was exceptional from start to finish. After visiting several dealerships, including two other dealership 5 stars, but my experience with Atlantic Kia was exceptional from start to finish. After visiting several dealerships, including two other Kia locations, I can confidently say this is the place to go. I went alone and as a woman shopping for a car, I felt respected and treated fairly, without being pressured, which is something I truly appreciated. I spent quite a bit of time there, and everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout. Andrew was fantastic to work with—knowledgeable, patient, professional, and genuinely invested in helping me find the perfect vehicle and deal. He truly goes above and beyond. Arthur, the Manager, worked with us to ensure I got the car I wanted at the right price, another great guy who did what he could to make this deal happenI I hit a small snag in financing which the team resolved, and Miguel made sure I was more than satisfied. Both Arthur and Andrew followed up with me a few days after I leased my car, and Andrew even offered for me to return to go over the car's features with me in more detail. I’m absolutely thrilled with my 2025 PHEV Sorento SX Prestige and would highly recommend both this vehicle and Atlantic Kia. The customer service and care they provide are truly top-notch! More

Everyone gets involved from Andrew, Vincent, Brittany to Eric in finance - very thorough and very professional. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to lease or buy a Kia product. I did not had a good experience with Eren. From the Beginning he had an attitude of not helping the customer. we made a deal on 2025 carnival. the vehicle was at their storage lot. I didn't even see the car. because they didn't have the paper work. we had to wait a week to get the papers. we were so excited to see the car but we were unable to. I requested Eren to at-least send me the pictures. after finding out the color. I wanted to see if we can get a different color. I have called Eren to see if they are getting any other colors near future. he said we are getting 2 more cars but it will be 1k extra for different color. I said i don't want to pay any extra to get a different color. I was willing to wait. rather telling me that let me try. he rudely refused and said I can't help you on this. After the deal I had to call over 10 times to find out when will I be getting the car. no response from Eren. I had to go back to the dealership to find out what is going on. I had to talk directly with the GM (Vinny) to find out when will i get the vehicle. The Day of Delivery Eren was not even there to make sure everything goes smoothly. He passed his assignment to another salesman name Kamran. he was very nice respectful and went above and beyond to help us. The day of Delivery all I asked if i could get a Weather mates for this car, and the Manager Brian Okeefe respond was extremely Rude. He said "Absolutely NOT!, You bought that car under MSRP, and you got a deal on our warranty, now you want weather Mates. NO WAY." I almost left without making the deal. I felt so Embarrassed. this is Unacceptable. no customer should be treated like this. GM was off that day so i was not able to talk to him. This is my First Kia From Atlantic Kia. I would have to think twice to go back to purchase another one in future. More
